本剧根(gēn )据(jù )海口市龙华(huá )区人民法院真实案例(lì )改编。申(shēn )请(qǐ(🍍)ng )执行人田志(zhì )康与被执行人陈光(guāng )友(yǒu )借款纠纷(fēn )一(yī )案，龙华法院作出生效判决：陈(🔳)(chén )光友偿还田(tián )志康80万元。龙华法院立案执行(háng )后(hòu )，经查，除(chú )了登记在被执行人(rén )名(míng )下的宝马(mǎ )车(chē )外，未发现其他可供执行的财(cái )产(chǎn )，龙华法(fǎ )院(yuàn )遂裁定查封该车。孰料，查封(fēng )该(gāi )车后扣押该(gāi )车(🥌)前，被执行人陈光(guāng )友因其他(tā )债(zhài )务将车辆抵(dǐ )偿给了有黑社会背(bèi )景(jǐng )的案外人(ré(🚵)n )卢(lú )一飞。

Summer 1989, East Germany. Adam works as a tailor, Evelyn as a waitress. They are planning a vacation together when Evelyn finds out that Adam is cheating on her and decides to leave for the holiday on her own. She travels to Hungary, trailed by Adam. As the border with Austria falls, everything changes in Hungary. The frontiers are open, as the new possibilities for Adam and Evelyn to decide in which world – Eastern or Western – they want to build a happy life. Adam und Evelyn is based on the homonymous novel by Ingo Schulze, translated in more than ten languages.

Joy Holbrook is an intuitive market researcher in DC who has captured the attention of the account's CEO and is about to get a sweet promotion, just in time for the holidays. She receives an urgent phone call from home and she rushes back to Crystal Falls, NC to help her Aunt recover from surgery and is reunited with her former crush, Ben.
